Historical event coming up in Oslo, Monday November 5th: Harris Lewin, head of The Earth BioGenome Project, meet the Norwegian science, business & innovation communities at Oslo Science Park organized by the Life Science Cluster and the Biotechnology Council, launching the giant bio project in Scandinavia.
For the first time in history, it is possible to efficiently sequence the genomes of all known eukaryot species. The Earth BioGenome Project (EBP) aims to sequence all the millions of species so far hidden from science.
This project is a moonshot for biology, and has the potential to transform our understanding of life on Earth, and to bring innovative solutions to all the big challenges of our time.
How can Norway contribute to and benefit from this major opportunity?
